But We will cover YOUR story, i want to hear about you and your Lover and ultimately ensuring we both vibe well . Ill be gathering key info to plan a kick ass elopement/Wedding or Session.

Step 2:

The Legal Stuff

I know BORING... but trust me this is for BOTH of us, i want to ensure all our booty's are covered. After our chat i will send you all details as discussed and you will receive an email attached with a Proposal that contains Invoice, Contract, Timeline, Questionnaire and more to ensure everything goes Peachy. Once Contract is Signed and completed a 50% Non Refundable Retainer fee will be required, you can pay directly through the booking link and or etransfer or cash.

Step 3: Engagement Photos

Okay so these photos are SOO important. It allows us the opportunity to work together before your special day. After all meeting you the day of could be super awkward. We will create magic that will lead into your wedding with ease. These are great to have to test out your Bridal Makeup trial, save the date or thank you card photos. If you have taken some already no worries there is options for Boudoir, Secondary Bridal portrait session and so much more.

Step 4:

lets get ORGANIZED

So now is the time we are going to go over, Day Of Time Line, Questionnaire, Your shot list, Important Family Members ect. We will discuss other vendors, how to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Vendor Recommendations if you are still in need of locking some in. Typically we do 1-3 Calls prior to your special day but respectfully were here to ensure its done if we need a few more calls we will do what we need to do.

Step 5:

Final Check In

2-4 Weeks before your big day we will hop on 1/2 calls or meet in person to finalize all the details and go over any last minutes changes or new questions that have arised. Going over Timeline, arrival & departure time and other key details such as layflats (what you have to photograph such as invites, special items ect). Some Cases i will even pop over to venue location with you and scope out the area and lighting so we are prepared for the Day of.

Step 6:

GO TIME

The Day of is here and don't you worry i have been prepping days ahead for this. Most times i arrive early to scout out lighting, locations prior to ensure everything goes smoothly. I also like to arrive and get acquainted with your bridal party other vendors before start time to make things more comfortable during the day. This does not dig into your coverage this is just something i give to you & me so the day goes smoothly.

Step 7:

Sneak Peak

Wow what a day, i am so eager to get your wedding sneaks to you. They will arrive via text(iphone users) or email within 48 hours after your special day. In most cases i am not getting home until late and cant get those sneaks out asap even though i wish i could. I Backup ALL images in 3 different locations to ensure they are safe and sound before i even edit. Then i go through to grab the best images over the course of the day to edit and send off (1-20 images).

Step 8:

Gallery time

Your turn around time does vary based on season. Typically it is around 4-6 months for full gallery. Please note it can take longer, i take pride in all my images and do many processes to ensure high quality such as colour correcting, blemish correction, colour adjusting, eye and teeth enhancements ect. Your gallery is art to me and i will not rush it if it means perfecting your gallery. I will keep you updated if your gallery is running behind schedule, but try to stay on schedule the best i can.
