Sisterhood & Support are just a few words I can use to describe The EmpowerHER Collective. We are a community that is here to support you and your body along your self love discovery. Whatever stage you are at were here. We will be providing tools, resources, attire and other amazing merchandise to make that journey even better, Along with workshops, retreats and courses.

what is this exactly?
The EmpowerHER Collective is a place for woman to feel safe, seen & heard. We are a home for you to go to when womanhood feels like an uphill battle. Our goal is to provide you with tools, resources and support to help you feel as beautiful, strong and seen as you deserve to.
what do your workshops include?
Theres no set in stone answer here as every workshop will be different. What i can tell you is that our goal is to provide you with value and have you leave feeling empowered, strong and give you tools to enforce that when you leave. You can expect group bonding, friend making, Health & wellness
What is your retreats
Retreats held by Sila Studios will vary by each retreat. this is a new thing for Sila Studios heading into 2026 and we cant wait to have you along for the journey! These will be taking you away from Canada to a fun location (maybe Spain, maybe Italy or somewhere along coastal beaches or lush jungles) but it will be packed full of stunning views, group adventures, wellness activities and empowerment practices.
Will people know im in the group?
yes, our fb group you can see the members in the group but this is a place for woman to come together, to feel seen, safe and welcomed. We do not tolerate any bullying, rude comments.
